Roofing sheets, corrugated sheets and wall cladding

Profiled metal sheets are the standard envelope for warehouses, factories, farms and site facilities across the Kingdom. The profile, base metal thickness, coating and paint system determine span capability, durability and heat performance.

Overview

We handle enquiries for single-skin profiled sheets, insulated sandwich panels and matching flashings, cut to length for your roof and wall schedule.

Available forms

  • Corrugated sheets
  • Trapezoidal (box) profile sheets
  • Standing seam roof sheets
  • Insulated sandwich panels (PU / PIR / rock wool)
  • Translucent sheets and flashings

Selection guidance

How to specify roofing & cladding sheets

01

Think heat, not just rain

In Saudi conditions, light colours, insulated panels and SMP or PVDF paints reduce heat gain and fading.

02

Check the span table

Sheet thickness and profile determine maximum purlin spacing. Ask for the manufacturer's load-span table.

03

Use compatible fasteners

Fasteners and flashings should match the coating system to avoid galvanic corrosion and leaks.

Roofing & Cladding Sheets: FAQs

What is the difference between corrugated and trapezoidal sheets?
Corrugated sheets have a rounded wave profile. Trapezoidal sheets have flat-topped ribs that are usually stiffer, allowing longer spans and easier fixing.
What thickness of roofing sheet should I use?
It depends on purlin spacing, wind load and foot traffic. 0.5 mm is common for industrial roofs; confirm using the manufacturer's span table.
Do sandwich panels help with cooling costs?
Yes. Insulated panels substantially reduce heat transfer compared with single-skin sheets and can help meet Saudi Building Code energy requirements.
