Custom and industrial steel fabrication

Not every steel package is a building frame. Plants, warehouses and facilities constantly need access platforms, stairs, ladders, handrails, pipe supports, equipment skids, guards and bespoke frames.

Scope of work

We handle enquiries for custom fabrication in carbon steel, galvanized and stainless steel, from one-off items to repeat production, built to drawings or developed from your sketch and site measurements.

  • Access platforms, walkways and catwalks
  • Stairs, ladders with cages and handrails
  • Pipe supports, shoes and small pipe racks
  • Equipment skids, base frames and supports
  • Machine guards, enclosures and covers
  • Gates, fences, canopies and miscellaneous metalwork

Deliverables

  • Fabrication drawings
  • Finished and coated items
  • Material and coating certificates
  • Installation where agreed

What we need from you

  • Drawings or sketches with dimensions
  • Material and finish
  • Design loads where structural
  • Quantity and delivery location

Process

How the work is delivered

  1. STEP 01

    Brief & site measure

Requirements, loads and site dimensions are captured. For retrofit work, a site survey avoids clashes.

  2. STEP 02

    Design & drawings

Fabrication drawings are prepared or checked, and design is coordinated with your engineer where load-bearing.

  3. STEP 03

    Fabrication

Cutting, bending, welding and assembly in carbon or stainless steel with dimensional checks.

  4. STEP 04

    Finishing

Galvanizing, painting or pickling and passivation for stainless steel.

  5. STEP 05

    Delivery & install

Delivery to site and installation where included in scope.

Quality control

  • Weld visual inspection
  • Dimensional verification
  • Coating thickness checks
  • Handrail and ladder dimensions per applicable safety standards

Custom & Industrial Steel Fabrication: FAQs

Do you fabricate from sketches?
Small items can be developed from sketches and site measurements. Load-bearing items such as platforms need engineering input before fabrication.
Which finish is best for outdoor steelwork?
Hot-dip galvanizing gives long-lasting protection for outdoor steel in Saudi conditions. A duplex system (galvanizing plus paint) adds colour and extra life in aggressive coastal environments.
Can you fabricate stainless steel?
Stainless fabrication requires segregated tools and areas to avoid contamination. Include material grade and finish in your enquiry.
